High frequency screen consists of a vibrator, pulp distributor, screen frame,rack,suspension spring, mesh and other components. It has the advantages of high efficiency, small amplitude and high screening frequency, and is an effective equipment for screening and grading of fine materials. It is widely used in sieving and grading operation of iron ore, tin, tungsten, tantalum, niobium and other concentrator.
1. Used in concentrator grading process in the classification of fine sorting operations, in the appropriate feeding concentration and feed particle size conditions, the screening efficiency as high as 70% or more.
2. High screening efficiency, can greatly reduce the cycle load, and thus improve the mill processing capacity, generally can be increased by 5 to 10 percentage points.
3. The Slurry in the sieve surface under the action of high frequency and small amplitude oscillation, according to density stratification, high density and small particles tend to settle to the screen and screen thoroughly, improve the screening efficiency.
